Discovery Korea In A Snap!

Periode pendaftaran sekaligus pengiriman karya: 

16 Okt. ~ 3 Nov. 2024 (ditutup 3 Nov. 2024 pkl. 23:59 WIB)

Pilihan tema (pilih salah satu):

1. Pengalamanmu dengan Budaya Korea
2. Hari-hariku dan Korea yang Saling Terhubung
3. Hal Spesial yang Aku Temukan di Korea

Ketentuan:

• Peserta adalah individu atau grup dengan anggota maksimal 2 orang.
• Peserta sudah mengikuti (follow) akun media sosial KCCI.
• Membuat video shorts (portrait/vertikal).
• Durasi video maksimal 1 menit.
• Karya dibuat dan milik sendiri.
• Karya tidak mengandung copyright milik pihak lain dan tidak melanggar hak cipta (termasuk latar musik/suara, serta materi yang masuk dalam video).
• Konten video tidak mengandung unsur SARA dan pornografi.
• Karya video belum pernah diikutsertakan dan menang di lomba lain manapun, baik di dalam maupun luar negeri.
• Foto dan/atau potongan video yang dimasukkan dalam konten bisa dari aset lama milik pribadi.
• Hasil karya video diunggah ke akun Instagram (Reel) pribadi.
• Gunakan tagar (hashtag) berikut pada takarir (caption): #DiscoveryKoreaInASnap #KCCID #KCCIndonesia
• Copy tautan (link) video tersebut ke formulir ini. Pastikan video bisa ditonton umum (tidak dikunci).
• Karya pemenang akan menjadi hak milik KCC Indonesia dan dapat digunakan ulang oleh KCCI untuk bahan promosi dan lain-lain.
• Satu peserta hanya dapat mendaftarkan satu karya video, baik individu ataupun dalam grup.

Pemenang 1-3 akan mendapatkan hadiah menarik!

We have various awards and prizes for competition winners such as a cutting-edge laptop, tablet PCs, and smart watches: there will be 8 winners. 

The top 3 most submitting King Sejong Institutes will be awarded Korean refreshments.

Any King Sejong Institute students worldwide can apply individually or as a team. At least one King Sejong Institute student must be included as team participant.

Note

• The competition is open to anyone who is a current King Sejong Institute student or has taken classes at King Sejong Institute in the past. 
• Winners will be required to submit documentation of affiliation and participation with King Sejong Institute after receiving the award. If you write or submit false information, the award may be canceled.
• Suppose the work has been entered in other competitions or is socially or culturally inappropriate. In that case, it will be excluded from consideration and may be canceled and the prize money returned, even after the award has been made.
• The winning product will not be returned, and may be used for the organizer's "competition business and business related to this organization" and disclosed on the Internet to promote the organizer.
• The judging committee is composed of internal and external experts to judge fairly, and the names of the judges and specific judging contents will not be disclosed.
• The schedule and contents of this competition are subject to change depending on the circumstances of the organizer.
• There is no limit to the number of submissions, but only one product can be awarded. If multiple products are selected as winners, they will be assigned to the highest discipline.

Copyright Note

• The submitted product must be the original work of the submitter and the submitted team, and every effort must be made to ensure that the submitted product does not plagiarize or steal the copyright of others.
• All content used in your submission, including videos, images, fonts, etc. must be free of copyright infringement. For content that requires copyright (footage, images, typefaces, etc.), you must provide proof of the source of the copyright. In the event of a dispute, the legal responsibility rests with the submitter.
• This competition does not recognize creations made by AI tools such as ChatGPT. If you are found to be using AI tools, you will be excluded from judging and winning.
• The copyright of the submitted work belongs to the submitter (creator). However, the Korea Copyright Commission may transfer the copyright (including the right to create secondary works) to the winning works through a separate contract and may reproduce, distribute, transmit, etc. for non-profit public purposes.
• Comprehensive license: reproduction rights, performance rights, public performance rights, display rights, distribution rights, rental rights, and the right to create derivative works
• Upon submission, the submitter is deemed to have authorized the use of the work within the scope of the methods and conditions of use of the work, and the consideration for the assignment of copyright in the winning work is replaced by the prize.
• Other general matters are operated following the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism's Creative Contest Guidelines and the Korea Copyright Commission's internal policies.
